When you send an inquiry on the booking page, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, session type, preferred dates, and your message. That is all this site asks for.
I use your details only to reply to your inquiry, schedule and run your session, and deliver your photos. I do not sell your information. If you join the mini-session waitlist, I use your email only to tell you about new mini-session dates.
This site does not use advertising trackers.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I may share photos from your session in my portfolio, on this website, and on social media. If you would rather your photos stay private, tell me before or after the session and I will leave them out. I will never use photos of minors in promotion without a parent or guardian’s okay.
Echocraft keeps the copyright to all photographs. You receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share your photos, with credit where possible. Commercial use, resale, or heavy retouching by others needs my written permission.
Retainer, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are listed in the questions on the booking page, and I will confirm them in writing when you book.
You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, or to remove a photo from my portfolio. Email me at [email protected] or use the booking page.
